Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and appointment request process offered by Parker Visual LLC.

This page is a general business website terms notice and should not be treated as legal advice tailored to your specific regulatory obligations or service model.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry or appointment request, or otherwise interacting with Parker Visual LLC through this website or Parker Visual Notary Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website Purpose

Parker Visual LLC operates this website to describe services, share general informational content, and facilitate appointment requests for Parker Visual Notary Services and related administrative support services. Website content is for general informational purposes only and may be updated without notice.

Scope of Services

Parker Visual LLC is the operating business entity through which Parker Visual Notary Services is offered. Parker Visual Notary Services provides appointment-based mobile notary and administrative document support services. Notarial acts are performed by a commissioned Massachusetts Notary Public in an individual capacity.

Appointment Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a request form does not create a confirmed appointment. Appointments are subject to review, availability, location, timing, identification requirements, and other service considerations. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel requests at our discretion and as permitted by law. Appointment requests are not guaranteed until we review the request and confirm availability directly.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, ensuring documents are complete and ready for presentation, confirming the signer’s physical presence and willingness, and ensuring that each signer has valid government-issued identification where required. Unless the document specifically instructs otherwise, documents should generally remain unsigned until the notary directs the signer to sign. We may decline to proceed if legal, ethical, safety, identification, or procedural requirements are not satisfied.

Fees, Payment, and Quotes

Fees, travel charges, rush surcharges, after-hours pricing, waiting time, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and optional service charges are described generally on the website but may vary based on timing, location, document needs, and appointment circumstances. Any quote or estimate, including a rough estimate generated through the request form, is informational only and subject to confirmation. Once we reach out to confirm an appointment, a deposit is required to secure the booking: $50 for standard appointments and $100 for rush, after-hours, or higher-complexity appointments. Deposit instructions and timing are provided at confirmation, deposits are applied toward the final appointment total, and any remaining balance is due at signing unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Waiting Time, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments include a 15-minute grace period unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Additional waiting time may be charged at the posted rate. Confirmed appointments canceled with less than 2 hours notice may incur a late cancellation fee. If we arrive and the appointment cannot proceed for client-side reasons — including signer absence, lack of acceptable identification, unconfirmed witness arrangements, or documents that are not ready for lawful notarization — a no-show or failed appointment fee may apply.

Communications

By contacting us or submitting a form, you consent to receive communications reasonably related to your inquiry or appointment, including by email, phone, or text message, subject to applicable law. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest information at scale, submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes.

Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, graphics, and original content are owned by Parker Visual LLC or used with permission. You may view and use the website for lawful personal or business inquiry purposes, but you may not copy, republish, distribute, or exploit website content beyond ordinary browsing without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party tools and services for hosting, communications, anti-spam protection, analytics, payment, or other operations. We are not responsible for the independent terms, policies, or practices of third-party providers, and your use of those services may be subject to their own rules.

Nondiscrimination

Parker Visual LLC, including Parker Visual Notary Services, does not discriminate in admission to, access to, or treatment in its services based on race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, deafness, blindness, physical or mental disability, ancestry, age, veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected status to the extent protected under applicable Massachusetts law. Services are offered on an equal basis consistent with Massachusetts public accommodation protections.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Parker Visual LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the website or its use.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer or privacy protections apply and cannot lawfully be waived.
