Beyond the notarial act itself, Parker Visual Notary Services offers practical document support services designed to make every appointment as smooth as possible. These are administrative convenience services — not legal services of any kind.
Print & Bring
Send your documents to us in advance and we'll print them and bring them to your appointment ready for signing. No need to print, sort, or organize before we arrive.
Scan-Back / Email Return
After your appointment, we scan your completed documents and return them electronically to you or a designated recipient. Useful for law offices, healthcare coordinators, and employers.
Shipping Drop-Off Assistance
Once your documents are signed and notarized, we can drop them off at FedEx, UPS, or USPS on your behalf. Note: this is a basic convenience drop-off, not a formal courier or chain-of-custody service.
Pre-Appointment Document Readiness Check
Included with every appointment. Before we arrive, we conduct a brief, non-legal procedural review to help reduce the chance of a failed appointment — confirming ID availability, signer presence, document completeness, and witness requirements.
