Every appointment is conducted by Parker, a commissioned Massachusetts Notary Public, acting in an individual capacity in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 222. Parker Visual LLC is the administrative entity under which these services are offered — the notarial acts themselves are performed by the notary as an individual, not by the LLC as an entity.
